1. Complete TREEE online ethics training
Modules to attend:
(1) Introduction to Research Ethics
(2) Research Ethics Evaluation
(3) Informed Consent

2. Prepare Document
- Proposal format (form 1)
- Submission checklist (form 2)
- Participant information leaflet (form 3)
3.Make Payment
- Processing fee of $150 (or MK equivalent).
- Account Details:
4. Prepare Cover Letter
- Address to MUBASREC chairperson.
- List al l documents and version number.
5. Merge & Package
- Combine all documents into one PDF using the following link: ilovepdf.com
- Include: Proof of payment, checklist, cover letter, forms, ethics certificates, CVs, support letter.
6. Submit
- Submit via email to: mubasrec@mubas.ac.mw
- Refer to rsu.mubas.ac.mw for official monthly deadline (Jan–Nov 2026).
