Richard Mike Mlambe is an accomplished Malawian legal practitioner and academic with over 11 years of experience in legal practice, higher education, and research. Admitted to practice in all Malawian courts, including the Supreme Court of Appeal, he combines extensive legal expertise with a strong academic foundation in international commercial law. He currently serves as a Lecturer at the Malawi University of Business and Applied Sciences (MUBAS), where he teaches and researches in private international law, international commercial law, international arbitration, and international investment law.

Richard has practical experience in commercial and corporate legal practice and has advised legal institutions and statutory bodies on private international law and arbitration matters.
